Return Process

  Log into your M.O.R.E. account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
